The data stored in the registry file are used for Integrations Group Oy’s sales purposes. The data are used for acquiring and contacting new customers. The registry is also used for sharing content produced by Integrations Group to prospects.

The following sources are used to collect data for the registry file:

Integrations Group’s database of its customers

Integrations Group’s web pages when a visitor inputs their data into a data form (e.g., contact form, material download form) or subscribes to a newsletter

Other publicly available sources such as social media, newspapers, and news.

The following data is inputted into the registry file:

  • Basic personal information (name and contact information)
  • Organization and title
  • Organization’s basic information (name and contact information)
  • Other information disclosed by the data subject themselves

5. Information storage and removal
The information is stored on Hubspot CRM solution. HubSpot is GDPR compliant and processes Personal Data from the EU and Switzerland in compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles. If a data subject wishes data concerning themselves to be removed or corrected from the registry, they can do so by contacting the information specified in section 2. If data removal is not requested, client’s data will be stored for ten (10) years after last contact to client. The personal data gathered for purposes of the newsletter are stored in the database of Mailchimp, a company operating in the U.S. The storage complies with the requirements set forth by the GDPR and US data privacy law. If the data subject wishes data concerning themselves to be removed or corrected from the registry, they can do so by contacting the information specified in section 2.

6. Third party release of data and transfer of data outside of EU/EEC
Contact information contained in the registry is used as required by customer acquisition purposes within Integrations Group Oy only. Information contained in the registry is not released outside of Integrations Group. Prospect data is stored inside the EU/EEC.

Prospect data are also submitted via third-party service Mailchimp, which may transfer data outside of the EU/EEA. The storage complies with the requirements set forth by the GDPR and American data privacy law. More detailed information about Mailchimp’s data privacy practices can be found here.

7. Data protection principles
Personal information is handled confidentially within Integrations Group Oy. The data can only be accessed by selected persons who require the data for performing their occupational tasks or duties. The data is accessed only for sales and customer acquisition purposes. The registry is fully electronic, and it has been secured reliably using appropriate IT security measures.

Usage data when interacting with our services or website through cookies. The usage data is incorporated with personal information only if the registered has subscribed as a follower or through downloading online material from the website.

The information is stored, and it can be used for two (2) years after the data have been collected. If an applicant wishes data concerning themselves to be removed or corrected from the registry during this time, they can do so by contacting the information specified in section 2. The information gathered for marketing purposes is stored in Integrations Group’s Hubspot CRM and locally on computers of those working with marketing.

The data stored in the registry file are used for Integrations Group Oy’s recruitment purposes. Data are stored of individuals that have applied to an open position or have otherwise shown interest towards the open positions within Integrations Group Oy. The data are used to process and evaluate the person’s suitability to the position in question.

4. Your consent
Your consent to Employee Candidate Data processing by us covers all collecting (also from any third parties or third-party sources relevant for the recruitment process) and processing activities for all Employee Candidate Data obtained in connection to the Recruitment Process for the purposes defined in this Statement. You submit your consent to us by providing us with your Employee Candidate Data either by continuing the use of our online Recruitment Process tool or by contacting us by other means, e.g., by sending us an email.

Although we do not on our initiative generally collect or process Sensitive Employee Candidate Data, your consent would also cover all collection and processing of Sensitive Employee Candidate Data should the case require. For instance, if you independently, without our general or specific request, provide us with any Sensitive Employee Candidate Data (e.g., by enclosing any health information as part of your application or curriculum vitae), you will be deemed to have provided us with your separate intentional consent for Sensitive Employee Candidate data processing for the purposes described in this Statement. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, please contact us with the email info@integrations.fi. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent will immediately prevent us from taking you into account in the Recruitment Process.
